Starlit Harvest

Often, when the hay is ready, the work stretches long into the night — racing the weather, racing the coming rain. There are many summer nights when members of my family are out baling under the dark sky, headlights sweeping across the field as the stars wheeled overhead.

This image is a tribute to the hardworking farmers who carry that same determination. Whether it’s hay for the livestock or fruits and vegetables for our tables, their labor sustains both the land and the people who depend on it. Under the Milky Way, their work becomes part of something larger — a quiet testament to resilience and care.
